We help find lost pets with search dogs, game cameras, social media, flyers, and more.

Nexus Trails serves the Greene County, Ohio area.

 We  charge a fee of $250 for our tracking service. An additional travel fee maybe added if you are outside of our service area.   Please contact us for specific pricing information.

The sooner we can start a track the better chances we have on finding them! For the best results we like to start tracking within 72 hours from the last sighting. However, if a pet is returning to an area undetected or hiding nearby, there may be fresh scent available for tracking after that timeframe.  Please contact us to help determine if tracking is still possible. 

For the safety of our handlers and dogs, we do not track in extreme heat, cold, or other extreme weather.  We may need to track in the early morning or evening to avoid extreme heat, or the following day after extreme weather.

In ideal weather conditions, our k9 search team will track for up to three hours. It is up to our handlers to end a track if they feel it is in the best interest or safety of the search dog, lost pet, handler, or client. Weather will also factor in how long a search can go for. 

We will do our best to start a track within 24 hours. However, if our team is already booked or the weather is not cooperating, it may take a bit longer. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your pet will be found during a track. However, the search dog can give valuable information such as the direction of travel, hot spots a pet may return to, and ruling out possible search areas. If your pet is not located during the track, our team will advise you on how use trail cameras, humane traps, flyers, and social media to continue the search. We will be there to support you until your pet is found!  Additionally, if there are new sightings of your pet, you can hire us to come out again at a discounted rate.
